Experienced and skilled engineers made up 63% of TOUPACK’s total employees, including 3 senior engineers with more than 20 years’ intelligent machine experience, TOUPACK’s specialty covers automation control, electronic communication, intelligent weighing and packaging machinery.

To enhance its R&D capability, TOUPACK’s has been in close exchanges and cooperation with some well-known domestic institutes like National Institute of Metrology, National Research institute of General Machinery, China Southern Software Park and some famous universities like Sun Yat-Sen University, etc. Through years of continued efforts, TO-U has taken the leading position in the industry.

2002~2008

• Founder of the company started his business by providing processing support, designing and manufacturing automation production lines to ABB, Siemens and ThyssenKrupp which are among Fortune 500 companies.
• Rated as an excellent supplier for years.
• Trained a group of competent engineers and management personnel.

2009

• Established Zhongshan TO-U Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd.
• Launched 1G PLC multi-head weigher.

2010

• Developed 2G PLC multi-head weighers.

2011

• Developed and launched modularized MCU multi-head weighers.
• Launched various types of linear weighers and automatic check weighers.

2012

• Utilized controllers made by Siemens and ABB to achieve the function of Ethernet long-distance diagnose of multi-head weighers.

2013

• Elected as Executive Director Unit of China Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association.
• Established Service Centre in California, USA.

2014

• Set up Toupack Chengdu Office.
• Launched high-speed linear weighers.

2015

• Changed company name to Zhongshan TO-U Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. with new registered company LOGO.
• Rated as China National Hi-tech Enterprise.
• Established Hefei TO-U Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary.

2016

• Elected as Executive Director Unit of China Weighing Industry Association.
• Obtained qualification of municipal engineering technology research center.
• Launched 16-head high-speed weighers.

2017

• Acquired Zhongshan TO-U Automated Conveying Equipment Co., Ltd.
• Launched Galaxy multi-head weighers and 32-head blending weighers.

2018

• Changed company name to Guangdong Toupack Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. with new registered company LOGO.
• Established Toptic Tech (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. and developed X-ray detector and visual counting technology.
• Set up Shanghai Office
• Launched high-precision linear weighers (up to 0.01g) in collaboration with U.S. customer.
• Developed high-precision multi-head weighers (up to 0.01g).
• Jointly developed high-speed vertical packaging machine (≧130BPM).

2019

• TOUPACK has made breakthroughs in product development and patent applications, and has been identified as National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise in turn.
• Successfully filed the standard of multi-head enterprise.
• Successfully developed 2X14 O type screw multi-head weigher and 2X14 pneumatic multi-head weigher.

2020

•16-head fruit and vegetable combination weigher has launched;

•Frequency and voltage regulation technology has successfully developed;

• High precision&High speed re-inspection machine has successfully developed.

TOUPACK has setup its after-sale service in California, USA and Sichuan and Shanghai, China.

Our Overseas Service Policies:

1. We provide a full 12 month warranty and a long-term on-site paid service.

2. Within the length of warranty, for product quality problem, the component replacement and expressage are free of charge. However, if on-site service is needed, travelling expense, accommodation and service charge will be paid accordingly.

3. As for products which are out of warranty, or problems caused by wrong operation or repair without authorization, charges are collected as below:

a. Engineer's round-trip tickets.

b. Accommodation.

c. Service charge: USD 200/day.
